PM in Practice.Net is a proud sponsor of the Golf For Dreams fund raising event (golf4dreams.com).

On July 16th, the Vancouver Dreams Take Flight charity will be hosting a 7th annual golf tournament event. The proceeds go to help raise the funds for the special flight to send 125 special needs kids to the Disneyland, which takes place every year. More information about the event could be found here.

The event went really well. I assisted the charity this year with the implementation of the POS solution for the event, web-based registration with online POS solution, and project management consulting. It turned out to be a very successful event this year with many elements that worked well.
This week we completed the lessons learned review in the form of the post mortem exercises, lots of feedback and good ideas to incorporate into the next year's planning and manual.
